Literally the best massage I’ve ever had. I jacked up my back and decided I couldn’t handle it anymore. Made a same day appointment and got right in. Garrick treated me right away and took my back to the room. He did more pressure/trigger point work (forgive my ignorance if that’s the wrong term) but once he was done, I could fully turn and move my arm/shoulder/neck, which prior to this was so tight and painful! Already planning on going back in about a week for maintenance work!
