Booking the appointment was fast and easy. I showed up a few minutes early and was able to get started early as well. The therapist was quick to get everything setup and started, and made sure throughout the massage that I was comfortable and not feeling any unwanted pain. I wish I could give 10 stars. This was hands-down, one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Garrick is extremely knowledgable with every muscle origin and insertion and translates his knowledge, expertise, and gift for touch into a transformative experience. This isn’t your run of the Mill spa massage, he’s able to pinpoint exactly where your disfunction is coming from and use techniques that actually allow the muscles, connective, tissue, facia, and nerves to release and re-pattern to get you out of pain immediately and long-term. Literally the best massage I’ve ever had. I jacked up my back and decided I couldn’t handle it anymore. Made a same day appointment and got right in. Garrick treated me right away and took my back to the room. He did more pressure/trigger point work (forgive my ignorance if that’s the wrong term) but once he was done, I could fully turn and move my arm/shoulder/neck, which prior to this was so tight and painful! Already planning on going back in about a week for maintenance work!
